Stagnant Saturday

Okay... big changes behind the scenes here... using the awesome Hacker's Diet stuff now (I'll add a link later).. The other stuff was too much manual labor.. this is automated but complicated... Anyway, I'm still stuck at 280... sucks.. and I'm going into the weekend which is where I am the weakest...

You have not stopped losing weight. Your scale weight is the same but your trend is still dropping. Quit watching the scale weight. Watch the trend instead. That is the whole point of The Hacker's Diet.
