Weight loss - 265

It's been depressing to have a bunch of 268 days, even though I've been doing mostly the right thing. I just started doing the Hacker's Diet Exercise plan, rung 1, on top of 4 times a week of going to the gym and doing some cardio/running.

Finally a little bit of a payoff, although it's hard to see.
